to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Audit financial documents and procedures.
Reconcile bank statements and calculate tax payments and returns.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and spot numerical mistakes.
Provide quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of the business.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Hands-on experience with accounting software such as FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Experience with general ledger functions.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Preference for candidates with experience in the construction field.
