We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant cum HR to manage both finance and human resources functions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting:
Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing.
Ensure timely and accurate VAT and Corporate Tax submissions in line with UAE regulations.
Handle inter-company transactions and consolidations across multiple entities.
Prepare and issue invoices and customer statements.
Track work-in-progress (WIP) vs. sales performance.
Process payroll (WPS), incentives, and end-of-service benefits (gratuity).
HR & Administration:
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records, including attendance, annual leave, and visa/passport/medical insurance renewals.
Manage additions and deletions in medical/office insurance and ensure timely trade license renewals.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting and HR functions within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS compliance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP) is an advantage.
