A well-established organization in the Building Materials sector is seeking an experienced Accountant (fluent in Hindi & English) to strengthen its finance team. The role involves managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting support to management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping and journal entries.
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, profit & loss, and balance sheet finalization.
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other financial regulations.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, and overall cash flow management.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other external authorities.
Support management with budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility studies for property projects.
Maintain effective internal controls and manage ERP-based accounting processes (Tally preferred).

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE VAT, MIS reporting, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work independently.
