Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Accountant

with

5-6 years of proven experience

in managing full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, organized, and capable of providing accurate financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, UAE VAT laws, and other regulatory requirements. Support and prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Oversee payroll processing and reconcile employee benefits and deductions. Monitor financial transactions, analyze variances, and provide insights to management. Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting systems, and best practices. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial projections and recommendations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5-6 years of proven accounting experience

in a corporate or similar environment. Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance. Strong expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
