Prepare monthly, quarterly and year?end financial statements/reporting.
Posting journal entries and maintain the general ledger in the software.
Reconcile monthly bank statements to the general ledger.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government Authorities and Banks
Monitor cash receipts and bank deposits
Monitor common area maintenance and VAT return submission.
Monitor Security cheques and cash/cheques received for rent of apartments
perform with preparation of annual audit budgets
Assist management with any other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge in Medical and Dental field is a must
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance.
MS Excel Skills and English Language proficiency.
Knowledge of Accounting Software - Zoho Books
