- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Start Date: Immediate
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct general building repairs including carpentry, painting, and drywall patching.
- Respond promptly to service requests and facility-related emergencies.
- Monitor and maintain facility systems, including lighting, fire alarms, elevators, and security systems.
- Assist with office or equipment moves and set-ups as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection checklists, and service records.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair or maintenance work.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade.
