We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join ourteam in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE VAT regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring timely VAT submissions in compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of VAT returns to the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all VAT-related transactions.
Review and reconcile input and output VAT, ensuring correct classification of supplies and purchases.
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants regarding VAT compliance and audits.
Monitor changes in UAE tax laws and ensure ongoing compliance.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes.
Improve internal accounting processes and controls where needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA / ACCA preferred).
professional accounting experience in the UAE.
Hands-on experience with UAE VAT submission and compliance.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, Oracle, or SAP).
Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) portal.
Knowledge of corporate tax and customs duties in the UAE.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
