We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced
Accountant
to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting, and will help guide decision-making through accurate and timely financial data.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update general ledger and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits and tax filing.
Monitor financial transactions and generate reports for management.
Advise on cost optimization and financial strategy as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Proven work experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.
