We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team with a primary focus on invoicing and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and hands-on knowledge of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate client invoices based on contracts and service delivery
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
Maintain invoicing records and ensure consistency with accounting standards
Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure proper billing information
Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role, with strong invoicing background
Proficiency in accounting software (Focus CRM, or similar)
Strong Excel and data entry skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in the waste management or logistics sector is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with CRM and invoicing platforms
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Based in Mafraq Industrial Area
