We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Accountant
to manage our company's financial records and ensure compliance with VAT and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
:
Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and ledgers
Prepare and record journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
Handle VAT computations, returns, and filing
Assist with internal and external audits
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting
Maintain inventory and reconcile stock records if required
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and banks for financial matters
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
Solid knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadline
Manual Accounting Knowledge is Required
Jewellary Accounting experience in UAE is Required
