Accountant

Accounting & Finance Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and accounting firms as needed. Assist in financial modeling, expense tracking, and cost control. Implement internal financial controls and processes as the company scales. Office & Operations Management

Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Manage document filing systems (physical and digital), contracts, and general correspondence. Assist in setting up HR administrative systems (employee records, leave tracking, etc.). Compliance & Onboarding

Support KYC/AML onboarding processes for clients and partners. Maintain internal compliance checklists and liaise with legal and regulatory advisors when needed. Assist in documentation and policy management related to regulatory requirements. Ad Hoc & Special Projects

Support founders with presentations, investor materials, or research projects. Contribute to company initiatives such as marketing campaigns, events, or content development. Participate in brainstorming sessions and help shape internal culture and workflows. Qualifications

BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Experience in a startup, fintech, or multi-functional role is a plus. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks). Organized, proactive, and adaptable to multiple roles. Discreet, reliable, professional, with strong ethics and a positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What We Offer
