An AI Driven FinTech is looking for a Junior-Mid level Accountant to join their team in Abu Dhabi! Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and accounting firms as needed. Assist in financial modeling, expense tracking, and cost control. Help implement internal financial controls and processes as the company scales. Office & Operations Management Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Oversee vendor relationships (office supplies, service providers, etc.). Manage document filing systems (physical and digital), contracts, and general correspondence. Help set up HR admin systems (employee records, leave tracking, etc.). Compliance & Onboarding Support KYC/AML onboarding processes for clients and partners. Maintain internal compliance checklists and liaise with legal and regulatory advisors when needed. Assist in documentation and policy management related to company regulatory requirements. Ad Hoc & Special Projects Support founders with presentations, investor materials, or research projects. Contribute to company initiatives such as marketing campaigns, events, or content development. Participate in brainstorming sessions and help shape internal culture and workflows. What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Experience in a startup, fintech, or multi-functional role is a plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software knowledge (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks). Organized, proactive, and able to wear multiple hats comfortably. Discreet, reliable, and professional, with strong ethics and a can-do attitude.
