The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, performing reconciliations, managing month-end closings, and generating detailed financial reports. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL) with accuracy and timeliness
Execute month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
Ensure accuracy of all reconciliations, including bank, vendor, and inter-company accounts
Support audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency within the finance function
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a UAE healthcare setting
Strong expertise in GL management and account reconciliations
Proven track record in timely closing of accounts
Advanced skills in financial reporting and MS Excel
Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
