Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
Handle payroll, job costing, and project billing
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor budgets and assist in financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors for cost tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience in the
construction industry in UAE
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software
Strong understanding of job costing, project billing, and WIP reports
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong knowledge of UAE Tax laws and filing
