Our client, who is a multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking to hire an Accountant on a project based position ASAP (Temporary contract of 7 months). The position will be based in Dubai and will be part of the Consumer Healthcare Division of the company
- Responsible for the accounts payable function
- To do shared services transactions of the Consumer Health division
- Reporting to the Finance Manager
- Will be mainly working on JD Edwards
- Prepare weekly and monthly report
- Monitor aging payable
- Maintain AP related documents and monitor reports
- Handle all types of AP queiries
- Work closely with the accounting team in successfully completing the project for 7 months

- Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years experience ideally in a multinational company
- Knowledge of JD Edwards
- Must be diligent, attention to detail and hardowrking
- Good experience in AP
- Team player
- Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and can work under pressure and less supervision
- Must be proactive and good initiative
