Training Manager Luxury Cosmetics 6 Month Contract

Job Description
One of our clients who is a giant in the beauty industry is looking to hire a Training Manager on a 6 month contract.
Reporting to the Training Director, this person will be responsible for;
- Managing the relationships between the business owners (Store managers, Retail Area Manager) and the Training team
- Supporting the region in driving customer experience through applied learning of consulting skills by way of observation and coaching
- Managing field teams indirectly and with management a plan to bring them to the next level
- Leading any new training-related project, to support business priorities
- Reviewing plan, timing, budget, and resources needed (internally or externally) if any
- Ensuring the implementation of cross-category culture and knowledge
- Travelling once a month across the GCC to delivery trainings
Please note, this is a 6 month contract role covering for maternity leave. To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;
- 4-7 years minimum of work experience in client service Retail field for Training Manager
- Must come from Beauty, Fashion, Watches or Jewellery background
- Ideally Middle East experience, otherwise open to candidates who have relocated recently. Unable to relocate candidates for the role if not based in the Middle East or ideally UAE
AED 16,000 - AED 18,000 per/m + Bonus, Medical
