Main responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost recovery statements in line with PSC (Production Sharing Contract) or JOA (Joint Operating Agreement) requirements.

Compile and process partner billings and cash calls.
Support monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring accurate allocations. Reconcile accounts related to partner transactions and third-party invoicing. Maintain up-to-date records of recoverable costs and support audits and partner reviews. Liaise with operations, development, and commercial teams to ensure proper cost classification. Assist in preparing supporting documents for cost recovery claims and JV audits. Monitor receivables from partners and follow up on outstanding balances. Ensure compliance with Eni internal controls, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.

Skills and experience required:

University degree in a relevant discipline (Accounting, Economics, Finance etc). Previous experience in a cost accounting role. Strong knowledge of closing, cost recovery and reconciliation processes. Experience working with SAP. Strong communication and team working skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, results-oriented mindset. Professional working level of English.
