Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the transition of your existing client portfolio into the agency. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, relationship management, and campaign execution. Build and strengthen long-term client relationships, ensuring top-quality service delivery and measurable results. Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client investments. Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations. Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements

5-8 years of proven Account Management experience in a

marketing, advertising, or digital agency in the UAE

. Established

client portfolio

with ability to transition accounts to the agency (mandatory). Fluency in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, paid media, SEO, content, CRM, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and achieve revenue targets. Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
