Position : Account Manager (Marketing Agency)

Experience Required: 5-8 years in Account Management within a marketing/advertising agency in the UAE

Role Overview

The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the UAE market, be fluent in Arabic and English, and bring established client relationships that can be transitioned seamlessly to our agency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the transition of your existing client portfolio into the agency. Act as the main point of contact for all client communications, relationship management, and campaign execution. Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and measurable results. Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and media teams to execute integrated campaigns that exceed expectations. Drive account growth strategies, upsell services, and expand client investments. Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
Requirements

5-8 years of proven Account Management experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency in the UAE. Established client portfolio with willingness and ability to transition accounts to the agency. (This is a core requirement). Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, paid media, SEO, content, CRM, etc.). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and consistently achieve revenue targets. Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven.
