Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts across sports, sponsorship, and event sectors, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard
Lead sponsorship activations, rights management, and partnership deliverables
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign reporting
Manage mobile app-related campaigns, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and sponsorship integration
Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver results-driven campaigns
Monitor budgets, KPIs, and timelines to ensure project success
Represent the agency at client meetings, events, and activations
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in account management (agency or client-side)
Proven experience in
sports marketing, sponsorships, or event management
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management, organisational, and multitasking abilities
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with commercial awareness
Solid understanding of digital and social media, with the ability to link sponsorships to online engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field
Experience managing
mobile app campaigns
(user acquisition, engagement, or sponsorship integration)
Familiarity with digital performance metrics and sponsorship ROI reporting
Proficiency with CRM or project management tools (HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
Multilingual (Arabic + English) is a plus
