Accommodation & Asset Supervisor (with Company Vehicle)

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on

Accommodation & Asset Supervisor

to manage and maintain all company staff housing and assets across multiple Emirates. The role involves regular site visits, maintenance coordination, staff allocation, and ensuring all accommodations meet company and municipality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and maintain company accommodations (Jebel Ali, Al Quoz, Al Warsan 4, Sonapur, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, RAK, Fujairah). Maintain accurate records of assets, furniture, and inventory. Coordinate repairs, cleaning, and room allocations. Handle new staff arrivals, movements, and handovers. Ensure compliance with HSE and labour-camp standards. Prepare weekly accommodation and asset reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in accommodation or camp supervision. UAE driving license. Good English communication skills (Hindi or Malayalam preferred). Must be responsible, trustworthy, and able to travel between sites.
