About Us:

SPT is a leading civil contracting company in the UAE, specializing in major infrastructure projects including

excavation

. We are looking for a skilled and proactive

Civil Supervisor

with a valid UAE Driving License to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site activities for infrastructure projects including trenching, duct laying, and fiber optic cable works. Coordinate manpower, materials, and machinery to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met. Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications for proper execution. Monitor and enforce HSE compliance and ensure safe work practices on site. Prepare daily progress reports and update project engineers regularly. Liaise with project engineers, subcontractors, and clients as required. Travel between various project locations across the UAE.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Supervisor in infrastructure or utility projects. Strong background in

excavation

,

telecom/fiber optic cable works

,

duct laying

, or related civil works. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).

Valid UAE Driving License

is

mandatory

. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Good communication skills in English & Hindi Familiarity with local authority regulations and permit processes is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
