Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary
Academic Dean/President
to lead and oversee academic operations at our institution in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in academic leadership, student recruitment, outreach, and accreditation processes, with a strong commitment to academic excellence.Compensation Package:
Monthly Salary:AED 10,000 + Attractive Incentives We offer a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary and performance-based incentives. Exceptional performance in achieving recruitment and accreditation targets will be rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across all academic departments and programs. Drive academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty performance. Lead student recruitment strategies and build external academic partnerships. Ensure institutional compliance with local and international accreditation bodies. Promote research, innovation, and continuous academic improvement. Represent the institution in academic forums, conferences, and outreach activities.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Engineering
or a closely related discipline (mandatory). Minimum of5-7 years' experience
in academic leadership at the dean or president level. Proven experience withstudent recruitment, institutional outreach, and accreditation
. Strong understanding of higher education policies, frameworks, and quality assurance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in the UAE or GCC region is preferred but not required.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 03/11/2025
