Key Responsibilities:
Lead academic strategy and operations across all departments
Oversee program development, curriculum review, and accreditation processes
Drive student recruitment efforts in collaboration with marketing and admissions teams
Build partnerships through outreach activities and community engagement
Support faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation
Maintain high standards of academic quality, compliance, and student outcomes
Foster an inclusive, student-centered academic culture
Requirements:
Doctorate or terminal degree in a relevant field (required)
Minimum 7 years of experience in academic leadership (Dean, HOD, Director, etc.)
Teaching experience in higher education (required)
Proven experience in student recruitment, accreditation processes, and outreach initiatives
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and academic policies (UAE or international)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multicultural or international academic settings
Familiarity with online and blended learning models
Background in developing new academic programs or campuses
