Overview
Asti Academy is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary
Academic Dean
to lead its academic operations and drive institutional excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced academic leader with a strong background in accreditation, program development, and academic quality assurance.This is a full-time leadership role based in the UAE and requires international academic experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead academic planning and the development of new and existing programs. Drive institutional accreditation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee academic quality assurance and implement continuous improvement strategies. Support faculty development and ensure teaching and learning standards are met. Work with executive leadership to align academic initiatives with institutional growth. Ensure academic policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated.
Qualifications and Experience
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, preferably at the Dean or Director level. Strong expertise in curriculum development, faculty supervision, and quality assurance. Proven experience leading or participating in accreditation processes. International (overseas) academic experience is
mandatory
. PhD or equivalent terminal degree ispreferred
. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 per month
