Job Description
Asti Academy is seeking an experienced and visionary
Academic Dean
to lead academic operations and support the strategic growth of the institution. This is a full-time leadership position based in the UAE, best suited for a seasoned academic professional with strong international experience and a background in STEM education.Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of academic programs. Oversee institutional accreditation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Implement academic quality assurance and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and support faculty, ensuring high standards in teaching and learning. Collaborate with senior leadership to align academic goals with institutional strategy. Maintain and update academic policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in higher education (Dean or Director level preferred). Strong expertise in curriculum development, faculty management, and academic quality. Direct involvement in accreditation processes.
PhD in a STEM field or a closely related discipline is required.
International academic experience is mandatory.
