Overview:

We are seeking committed and goal-driven study abroad expert counselors to advocate for study abroad options and assist students throughout the entire process.

This is a commission-only position.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person visits, offering precise information regarding career streams and university enrollments. Address student/parents objections /queries, answer their questions, and ensure a smooth enrollment process Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on study abroad destinations, academic programs, application procedures, and visa requirements; follow up on student inquiries and offer continuous support throughout the application and admission process. Market partner colleges and programs to potential students who are seeking for overseas education. Collaborate closely with the admissions and marketing teams to create strategies for generating and converting leads. Consistently meet and surpass monthly student enrollment and sales goals.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive student records in accordance with institutional requirements; conduct evaluations, analyze results, and deliver constructive feedback to support student development and academic progress.

Keep current and accurate student records, track follow-ups, and manage enrollments in the CRM system. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Credentials and Experience

2+ years of counselling experience in the study abroad industry, prior experience in academic advising or student counselling services

Must have a recognized Bachelors degree. Should have thorough understanding of the University applications processes across UK, NZ & Australia, USA, Ireland etc. Capable of functioning under pressure to meet targets and eager to engage with students. Familiarity with the UAE education sector will be beneficial Should have current network of students, schools, or agencies which serves as a significant benefit Strong interpersonal and communication skills( additional languages are a plus).

Preference:

Candidates who have prior experience in study abroad admissions, counseling, or sales positions at study abroad consultancies or educational centers will be prioritized. Candidates with a good network in UAE, a strong background in education & counseling, and a desire to help students achieve success.
