Key Responsibilities:
? Deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subjects.
? Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
? Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
? Offer individualized academic counseling to students, including study strategies, time management, and course planning.
? Identify students' learning needs and collaborate with staff to create support strategies.
? Organize and conduct workshops or small group sessions on academic skills.
? Maintain accurate student records and counseling notes.
? Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and faculty about student performance and well-being.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field .
Proven experience in teaching and/or academic counseling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and support students from diverse backgrounds.
Organizational and problem-solving skills.
