Handle incoming leads and guide students through the admissions journey
Clearly present study options, universities, and visa processes
Communicate with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings
Create engaging digital content and actively contribute to social platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Update and maintain records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups
Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed on new destinations and academic offerings
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Energetic with a flair for social media, especially TikTok and Instagram
Prior experience in tele sales or education consulting is an advantage, but not essential
Capable of building trust with students and parents
Self-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about student success
Bachelor's degree preferred (current students may also apply)
