We are a growing real estate company seeking a skilled and reliable
AC Technician
to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems (split, ducted, package units, etc.)
Troubleshoot and fix cooling issues efficiently
Ensure systems comply with safety and environmental standards
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Collaborate with property management and other maintenance staff
Respond to emergency maintenance requests when needed
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Diploma or certification in Air Conditioning / HVAC
Good knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
UAE experience preferred
Good communication skills
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
