We are now looking for a

Wedding Coordinator Intern

to support our Abu Dhabi team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, client relations, and daily operations in one of the region's most dynamic wedding companies.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Wedding Coordinator Intern, you will work closely with our Abu Dhabi Wedding Planner to ensure smooth coordination of bookings, weddings, and shop operations.

Your main responsibilities include:

Booking & Admin Tasks

- Manage bookings, follow-ups, planning checklists, and basic communications.

Wedding Day Support

- Be onsite (when required) to assist in civil, religious, and ceremonial weddings.

Shop & Operational Support

- Help manage the wedding shop, offer client guidance, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is:

Based in

Abu Dhabi

and available for a

full-time, 3-month internship

Comfortable speaking with clients and

not shy in public settings

Has

a valid UAE driving license

and access to a car Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Genuinely curious about

events, weddings, or hospitality

Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
