This role ensures alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT delivery while embedding AI-driven insights and advanced technologies into core business platforms for efficiency, compliance, and growth.

What You'll Do

• Define, own, and manage the enterprise capability map and taxonomy across all business domains
• Conduct capability assessments, maturity reviews, and heatmaps to highlight transformation opportunities
• Align capability models with business strategies, regulatory requirements, and investment roadmaps
• Support target operating model design by linking capabilities with processes, journeys, services, and IT systems
• Drive rationalization of duplicate capabilities and simplification of the landscape in line with architecture principles
• Integrate business capabilities with data foundations and AI platforms to enable real-time decisioning and proactive engagement
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, data teams, and transformation stakeholders to ensure traceability and reuse of capabilities
• Provide governance leadership through architecture boards, forums, and strategic planning sessions
• Mentor architects and business analysts on capability modeling and best practices
• Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture maturity and adoption of modern system practices

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on business capability modeling and governance
• Mastery of capability modeling tools (LeanIX, Mega, BizzDesign, Sparx EA) and heatmap assessments
• Strong understanding of AWS and Azure cloud platforms, microservices, serverless, and containerized architectures
• Experience with event-driven design, asynchronous processing, and streaming platforms
• Proven ability to embed AI and automation into workflows for efficiency and compliance
• Strong collaboration skills across strategy, business, and technology domains
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
