You'll leverage your market expertise, negotiation skills, and client-first mindset to deliver exceptional service and close high-value deals in one of the region's most vibrant property markets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi
Conduct market research and stay updated on local real estate trends, laws, and regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
Manage property viewings, negotiations, and transaction documentation
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, legal, and mortgage advisors to streamline deals
Promote exclusive listings through strategic marketing campaigns and networking
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with UAE property laws
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably in Abu Dhabi
Strong understanding of UAE property laws and investment zones
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus
UAE driving license and reliable transportation preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
