Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Expert to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing the company across Abu Dhabi's property market, providing expert guidance to clients, and driving sales and leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company in all client interactions with professionalism and integrity
Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and facilitate negotiations
Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers
Stay informed on market developments, legal regulations, and new project launches
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate (sales)
Strong understanding of UAE property laws and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service
