Job Description
We are urgently hiring 3D Visualizers who will beresponsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations to support the design and execution of interior and fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail to translate design concepts into realistic visual outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and animations for interior, joinery, and fit-out projects. Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to develop design concepts. Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and visual presentations for client approvals. Ensure accuracy of details, finishes, lighting, and materials in all renderings. Maintain organized project files and update visuals based on design revisions or client feedback. Collaborate with the design team to align 3D outputs with technical drawings and site conditions. Support marketing and business development with high-quality visuals for proposals and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 3D visualization role, preferably in an interior/fit-out company. Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques. Ability to interpret 2D drawings into accurate and photorealistic 3D visuals. Strong time-management skills and ability to meet project deadlines. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
