Job Description

We a leading marketing and brand activation firm in Dubai, specializing in creative design solutions across retail fit outs, kiosks, exhibitions, brand activations and events. We combine innovation and craftsmanship to deliver impactful, premium-quality projects that transform brands into experiences.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Draftsman with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry in UAE only. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings and detailed layouts in coordination with design, production and site teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings for interior fit-out works including joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture and wall finishes. Develop drawings based on approved design concepts, site measurements and project specifications. Coordinate with project managers, designers, factory and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility. Revise drawings as per client, consultant or site feedback. Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, authority requirements and fit-out best practices. Maintain proper documentation, version control, and timely submission of drawings. Support material take-offs and production detailing where required.

Requirements:



Diploma or certification in Drafting / Architecture / Interior Design. 5-7 years of relevant experience in the interior fit-out industry in UAE. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D). Sound understanding of joinery detailing, materials and construction methods. Strong working experience in Residential and Commercial projects. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under project timelines.
