We are seeking a passionate and energetic

Female Zumba Instructor

to join a

luxury 5-star recreation facility in Qatar

. The ideal candidate will lead engaging, high-energy Zumba sessions while inspiring participants to achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for delivering safe, fun, and motivating workouts suited to various fitness levels, while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Zumba fitness classes and other group training sessions such as aerobics, dance fitness, or functional workouts. Design and deliver creative routines that combine dance and fitness elements in line with Zumba standards. Motivate and guide participants to improve their fitness, confidence, and overall well-being. Monitor participant performance and provide guidance or modifications as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment. Promote a welcoming, energetic, and inclusive class atmosphere. Collaborate with the recreation and wellness team to plan class schedules and special fitness events. Stay updated with the latest Zumba choreography, music trends, and fitness innovations.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum

3+ years of experience

as a Zumba Instructor;

GCC experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma

in Physical Education or a related field.

Personal Trainer certification

from an

accredited institute

. Valid

CPR and First Aid certifications

(required).

Zumba or other specialization certification will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Energetic, confident, and motivational personality with a passion for health and fitness. Candidates who are

locally available in Qatar

will be given

preference.
