Key Responsibilities:
Lead
energetic group fitness classes
, including Zumba, strength training, and functional workouts
Develop and deliver individualized fitness programs tailored to members' goals
Regularly review and adjust workout plans based on client progress
Confirm completion of health and medical screening forms before starting any exercise routine
Provide First Aid support as needed
Maintain the daily Gym Standards Checklist to ensure hygiene and safety compliance
Uphold all Health & Safety protocols to guarantee a secure workout environment
Prepare and submit daily gym activity reports, including new memberships, concerns, and program updates
Consistently enforce gym rules and policies
Collaborate with fellow instructors to design engaging and comprehensive fitness programs
Offer constructive feedback to help clients improve their performance and reach their fitness targets
Foster a friendly, motivating, and inspiring environment for all gym members
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field (

Certified Zumba Trainer

Valid First Aid and CPR certification (

3+ years of proven experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in the GCC
Strong knowledge of training methods, exercise techniques, and gym equipment usage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Energetic, confident, and approachable personality with strong client engagement skills
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain high professional standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Candidates locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID will be given priority
