Zoho Integrator
to help us implement and customize Zoho One (CRM, FSM, Books, and other apps) to fit our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, integrate, and customize Zoho One apps (CRM, FSM, Books, Desk, etc.)
Automate workflows between CRM, field service, and accounting
Set up dashboards, reporting, and user permissions
Migrate data from existing systems (QuickBooks, ServiceM8) to Zoho
Provide training and documentation for staff
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho One integrations and customization
Knowledge of CRM and Field Service workflows
Accounting/QuickBooks integration experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Based in UAE or able to work remotely with Dubai time zone
