Job Summary:



We are seeking a

Certified Zoho One System Administrator & Creator Developer

to take charge of our end-to-end Zoho One ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering all Zoho applications, developing custom solutions in

Zoho Creator

, automating workflows, managing user access, and providing ongoing support and innovation using the Zoho platform. This is a

key digital role

with high visibility across all departments and business units.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the

primary administrator

for Zoho One applications including CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, People, Desk, and others. Design, develop, and deploy

custom Zoho Creator applications

and automation workflows tailored to business needs. Configure and maintain

user roles, permissions, integrations, modules, workflows, and reports

across Zoho apps. Develop

Deluge scripts

to implement business logic and automation inside Creator and other Zoho tools. Collaborate with various departments to identify process gaps and

digitize workflows using Zoho apps

. Manage integrations with third-party applications (e.g., via API, Zapier, or native Zoho integrations). Generate dashboards, KPIs, and custom reports for decision-making. Ensure

data accuracy, backup, security

, and GDPR/IT compliance across systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to internal users. Liaise with Zoho support and stay up-to-date on platform changes, enhancements, and best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Zoho Certifications

(Zoho Creator Developer / CRM Administrator or similar) are mandatory. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience working with

Zoho One suite

, especially Zoho Creator and CRM. Proven skills in

Deluge scripting

,

form/workflow design

, and custom function development. Strong knowledge of

APIs

,

Webhooks

, and

integration techniques

with external platforms. Proficient in

SQL

,

HTML/CSS

, and

JavaScript

is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with

automation and business process transformation

. Familiarity with

low-code/no-code platforms

beyond Zoho (e.g., PowerApps, Airtable). Knowledge of

UAE compliance frameworks

related to data protection and digital records. Exposure to

ERP and Finance modules

(Zoho Books/Inventory) is a bonus.
