Core Responsibilities:
Develop custom applications and workflows using
Zoho Creator (low-code platform)
.
Gather user and business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho Creator solutions.
Design, test, and implement user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho tools (
CRM, Books, etc.
) and third-party systems via APIs.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Zoho Creator applications as business needs evolve.
Document development processes, configurations, and provide basic user training.
Ensure data security and maintain system integrity at all times.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in
Zoho Creator development
with proficiency in
Deluge scripting
.
Strong knowledge of
API integrations
, workflows (REST APIs, webhooks, external service connections).
Familiarity with related Zoho products (
Zoho CRM, People, Books, etc.
).
Understanding of
business process automation

database management

UI/UX principles

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical business users.
