About the Role
Our esteemed client-a highly regarded, British-curriculum, co-educational primary school (Years 1-8) in Abu Dhabi-boasts modern, purpose-built facilities and a strong reputation for academic excellence and holistic child development. They are seeking an inspiring Year 3 teacher to join their dynamic primary team immediately for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, imaginative lessons across the full Year 3, Key Stage 2 British National Curriculum, fostering creativity and confidence.
• Carefully plan and adapt teaching to cater to the full ability range within the class.
• Create a vibrant, resource-rich classroom environment with motivating displays and learning resources.
• Assess student progress regularly, using data to inform planning, interventions, and differentiation.
• Maintain high expectations, manage behaviour effectively, and serve as a positive role model.
• Communicate proactively with parents and professionals-participate in parent-teacher conferences and support external specialists (e.g., speech therapists) when required.
• Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular involvement, school events, and team collaboration.

Year 3 Teacher Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education (or a related field with PGCE/equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years' experience teaching the UK National Curriculum, ideally in an international school context.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with resilience under pressure.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and dedication to student-centred teaching.
• Understanding and appreciation of the local cultural context are desirable.
