We are seeking a

dedicated and enthusiastic Steward/Stewardess

to join a dynamic and professional interior team, providing world-class service to the Principal and guests in both a luxury private residence in Dubai and aboard a private superyacht over 100m.

This position is ideal for a hospitality professional eager to build a career in the yachting industry. A meticulous, discreet, and proactive approach is essential, along with a genuine passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily service operations, including meal service, beverage preparation, guest arrivals, and departures. Support formal and informal table settings, including set-up, service, and breakdown of events. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and impeccable presentation of all guest and interior areas. Collaborate closely with the senior service team and follow detailed instructions with precision. Provide a consistently professional, warm, and welcoming presence. Uphold discretion, confidentiality, and high personal presentation at all times.

Required Languages

English: C1 (Advanced) Additional languages are an asset

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in yachting, luxury hospitality, or private service (preferred). Knowledge of silver service and fine dining protocols is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude. High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards. Neat and polished presentation suitable for a UHNW environment. Availability for frequent international travel. Valid work authorization (depending on job location).
