We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and professional

Female Captain

to take full command of our 24-meter luxury motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be the face of the vessel, ensuring the absolute safety of all guests and crew while delivering a seamless, five-star charter experience.

You will be responsible for the entire operation of the yacht, from navigation and maintenance to leading a small crew and managing client relations. This is a key role for our company, perfect for a captain who excels in a dynamic, high-end service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assume full responsibility for the safe navigation, operation, and seaworthiness of the yacht at all times. Lead, manage, and mentor the onboard crew, fostering a positive and professional team environment. Conduct comprehensive passage planning and ensure strict compliance with all local (UAE) and international maritime regulations. Oversee all aspects of yacht maintenance, including engineering, aesthetics, and systems, coordinating with management for scheduled dry-dock periods. Manage the yacht's operational budget, accounting, and inventory. Serve as the primary point of contact for charter guests, ensuring their safety, comfort, and complete satisfaction. Liaise with the company management, clients, and marina officials professionally.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Certifications

are mandatory.

License:

A valid Master Yacht <500GT or Yachtmaster Offshore certification or higher, recognized by the UAE authorities.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Captain. Proven experience in the Middle East/Gulf region is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

Strong engineering knowledge and the ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshoot systems independently.

Leadership:

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a crew.

Languages:

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a strong plus.
