Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a powerful network of potential buyers and sellers within Dubai's international community--attending exclusive events, yacht shows (including the Dubai International Boat Show), and club gatherings. Guide clients through the entire sales process: initial consultation, yacht viewings, sea trials, complex negotiation, and successful deal closure. Become an expert on the Dubai and GCC yacht market. Analyze local inventory, pricing trends, and competitor activity to provide expert advice. Communicate fluently and persuasively with clients from across Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and Asia, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience in their preferred language. Develop compelling sales materials and listings that highlight the unique features of our yachts to a discerning audience.
Who We Are Looking For:

A proven sales hunter and closer with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-value, B2C or B2B sales. (Experience in luxury real estate, high-end automotive, private aviation, or premium capital equipment is highly relevant). Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Russian, Arabic, French, German, or Mandarin is a strong requiremen to serve our key client demographics. A natural networker who is already integrated into or can quickly penetrate Dubai's high-society and luxury circles. Impeccable presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A self-starter with immense drive, resilience, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets. A background in yachting (as a captain, crew, or engineer) is a major plus, but not the primary requirement.
