Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible

Boat / Yacht Captain

to oversee the safe operation, navigation, and management of our vessel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, in-depth maritime knowledge, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate and navigate the boat/yacht in compliance with maritime laws and regulations Ensure full adherence to safety standards, emergency procedures, and best maritime practices Manage daily vessel operations, including maintenance coordination and voyage planning Supervise, lead, and coordinate onboard crew activities Conduct safety briefings, inspections, and drills as required Maintain accurate voyage logs, records, and compliance documentation Ensure the vessel is always seaworthy and well-maintained
Key Requirements

Proven experience as a

Boat / Yacht Captain

Strong knowledge of navigation, safety regulations, and maritime operations Ability to manage crew, vessel operations, and onboard safety procedures Valid and relevant maritime certifications/licenses Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Willingness to relocate and work in
