We are seeking an experienced and skilled Boat Captain to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our 45-meter luxury yacht. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime navigation, crew management, and vessel maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Command and navigate the yacht, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew.

Oversee daily operations, including navigation, docking, and anchoring.

Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vessel to ensure optimal performance.

Plan and execute voyages, including route planning and weather assessments.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all voyages and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Valid captain's license (minimum 100-ton license preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Boat Captain, preferably on vessels of similar size.

Strong knowledge of maritime navigation and safety procedures.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

Proficiency in using navigational equipment and software.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
