Technical Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of automotive performance to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving guidance to team members when needed. Customer Service: Interact with customers, providing exceptional service by addressing inquiries, offering advice, and discussing performance enhancement options.
