Key Responsibilities
Supervise the entire
fabrication floor
, including steel, piping, and tankage works.
Ensure
timely material receipt, verification

optimum storage handling

Monitor
fix?up rates
and fabrication progress to meet committed targets.
Ensure
NDT and Quality compliance
(ASME, AWS, API, etc.); coordinate with QC and ensure NCR closure.
Conduct
daily toolbox talks
and enforce
HSE standards

Lead and mentor foremen, welders, fitters, and helpers.
Prepare regular
progress reports
, flag critical delays, and implement mitigation.
Liaise with project planning and management teams to align fabrication schedules.
Requirements
Education
: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
