Job Description

Responsible for achieving branch Service labour and Parts net revenue in line with the business plan in Retail & Fleet Segment.
  • Drive benchmarking repair estimate conversion maximizing E-Estimate Software to achieve healthy Service Sales per Repair Order.
  • Monitor branch production cost focusing on optimum resource utilization to reduce production cost aiming to achieve high gross profit
  • Review and monitor operating expense contributors like workshop equipment repair and maintenance, water electricity consumption aiming to reduce establishment expense by which net profit maximised.
  • Monitor and liaison with Parts procurement and Parts manager to ensure highest parts availability in workshop counter aiming at reducing vehicle repair TAT and parts sales target is achieved.
  • Monitor budget vs actual financial performance, control the anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised.
  • Monitor effective resource management like workshop bay utilization, Technician utilization, Productivity through deep analysis and business analytical tools.
  • Drive and ensure maximum utilization of the digital/technology transformation across all touch points to enhance customer Experience, process and effective Business Conversion thus ensuring the highest ROI form these initiatives.
  • Drive customer interface activities and monitor customer amenities are maintained and made available always to customers to experience 5 star hospitality.
  • Maintain healthy relationship with the top Fleet Accounts through proactive engagement and regular meetings
  • Liaise with key account marketing executives and ensure services provided to key accounts are in line with contract scope and additional estimates approval coordinated through executives.
  • Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (NPS, Mystery shop and internal PSF) and focus on weak attribute areas (i.e., On-time delivery, repair quality etc) and drive improvement actions to counter the challenges.
  • Ensure highest Customer Experience and involve in resolving customers concerns by taking sustainable corrective measures.
  • Monitor vehicle complaint early detection and early resolution liaison with warranty, Technical and Parts procurement to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upkeep workshop facility, equipment, 5S, process to ensure branch operates meeting Dealer Network Standard.
  • Lead the Branch to achieve highest level of compliance to OEM including Warranty process, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal and Government standards, and regulations.
  • Ensure our organization core values (Integrity, Commitment, adding value, never being satisfied) are practiced and encouraged in the Branch.
  • Adapt agile approach in taking countermeasures on subject that impact local regulation, Principal standards, Customer satisfaction. Keep ahead of industry\xe2\x80\x99s developments and apply best practices to ensure continuous improvement in operation.
  • Take appropriate actions in case of any non-compliance or deviations in line with AAC integrity policy.
  • Identify training needs of the branch team, motivate, and lead Aftersales teams (Service & workshop parts) to achieve set Business objectives and targets. Define goals of each level staff aligning with department objective, conduct annual appraisal of staff qualitatively. Identify talents and succession plans
  • Foster innovation. Ensure digital transformation & establishment of effective utilization of analytical tools like Power BI.
  • Monitor the team performance, facilitate team/members, and create synergy to achieve employee satisfaction.
  • Engage with branch team and ensure every Staff member are aware of their job description, core values of the organization, key responsibility towards customer and Overall Aftersales Business Objective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in engineering or 3 years Engineering Diploma
  • 5 - 7 years experience in automobile industry & 3 years in similar position
  • Detailed knowledge of Gulf market and competition preferred
  • High level planning and analytical skills
  • Leadership, people management and team building skills
